When printing a photo get horizontal lines.

Printer hooked up to main computer with printer sharing.
Sometimes can't connect to printer from other machines.

Want to consolidate music into iTunes from different disks.
iTunes automatic consolidation doesn't seem to work.
-- Search for music files and drag them into iTunes.

Way to merge iPhoto libraries?

Some of my iPhoto photos can't be viewed but show up in list.
-- Rebuild indexes. Start iPhoto with command-option pressed.

Delete recorded wav file from iTunes.
-- Find it in Music library and delete it from there.

Two iPhoto libraries want to keep synchronized.
-- Keep iPhoto library on a shared server.
-- Photocast albums (iLife '08), but need .Mac account
-- New iPhoto you can also share albums over local network

iTunesU want to select some podcasts to download.
-- Command-click to add one file at a time.

Safari asks to save web form information. But it doesn't seem to use it.

Want to compile C programs on Macintosh.
-- Mac OS X comes with gcc.
-- Can also use Xcode, install Developer Tools.

Print from Mail often get only header or body.
Always works printing from print preview.
-- Try to print from another account to see if Mail prefs are corrupted.

Want to transfer from desktop G4 to Mac mini via target disk mode.
Can't see 2nd drive.
-- Change master/slave jumper. Only master shows up.
-- You can try to unplug first drive and try again.
